Dr. Daedalus
Galeno is a stout, middle aged doctor who was once a legitimate psychic surgeon- one who had the ability to enter the body of their patient with their bare hands, and remove the problem. Galeno is in exile on the Caribbean island of Mina Tula- also known as Creepsville. Once a South Beach inspired art deco resort, the island has fallen on hard times becoming a paradise catering to pirates, criminals and ex-patriots. Galeno, has spent the last 6 years running a street clinic on the island, usually taking his pay in the form of drugs and contraband. In that time, his “powers” seem to have left him, and he has run up considerable debts- debts that may be paid now that he has come into money after beating his deformed luchador turned mercenary friend, Diavolo at a card game. He soon learns though, that Diavolo’s money comes from a dark slave ring. When Galeno discovers a young slave girl possessed by the arcane spirit of an old dark God, he takes her on the run. Knowing his powers could free the darkness inside of her, Galeno does his best to make himself right again.
